Hotel Carlos V looks out to sea and is situated just 10 minutes' drive from the international airport of Alghero, a city rich in history that is renowned for its beautiful beaches, its enchanting old town, its stunning caves (the so-called Grotte di Nettuno, or "Neptune's Caves"), its fascinating culinary traditions and its excellent wines.

The hotel currently has 180 rooms, with a total of 420 beds, as well as two restaurants and a modular conference hall with a capacity of 350. Work will begin shortly on an expansion programme that will see the number of rooms increased to 280, with a total of 630 beds, along with the construction of a new 1000-seater conference hall, an 800m2 spa and a shopping area playing host to the finest luxury brands.
